What is the difference between a hot tub, a whirlpool, and a spa?

These terms are often used interchangeably within the industry. A hot tub originally referred to the old wooden, barrel -shaped tubs that were popular in the 1960’s. They were rather simple in design and typically could only seat two to three people at a time. When companies started to put jets on the wooden round tubs, they called them whirlpools for marketing purposes. The industry then moved away from wooden hot tubs in favor of molded fiberglass shells. They were also plumbed to allow many more jets and other therapeutic benefits as well as seating up to 10 or more people. This new hot tub was called a spa.

What are the color options for safety covers?

In the past, the color options for safety covers were just green and blue. Over the past year, we have added tan and gray to the mix for mesh and fine mesh safety covers as well as tan for our super solid covers. These different color options will help greatly to accentuate your outdoor living space.

How can I get a deeper shallow end for my in-ground pool?

The standard pool panel is 42″. We also have 48″ panels in both steel and polymer as well as 48″ steps. Our 48″ walls enable you to have a deeper shallow-end and also allow you to create sport pools without coves or multi-levels.
