Administrative/Customer Support
Location: McEwen Industries, Inc.- Charlotte, North Carolina, South Park area.
Responsibilities include: Assist in answering phones, order processing, invoicing, mailing, filing, handling inquiries concerning products and services.
Full-time position, entry level.
Hours: M-F 8:30-5:30. Additional hours in season as needed.
Benefits: Health Insurance and 401-K.
Requirements: Four Year College Degree. Excellent Communication, Organization and Computer Skills.

 
Outside Sales
Location: McEwen Industries, Inc.- Regional positions available nationwide.
Responsibilities include: Installation assistance at job sites, establishing relationships with dealers, phone campaigns to increase sales, representing the company in a professional manner, trouble-shooting problems over the phone and in person, actively participate in trade shows, and train dealers on the use and sales of McEwen products.
Full-time position.
Hours: Hours vary. Significant travel is required for this position.

Outside Sales with Focus on In-Ground Pools and Automatic Covers
Location: McEwen Industries, Inc.- Regional positions available nationwide.
Responsibilities include: Will oversee the in-ground pool and automatic cover divisions of the company in a hands-on relationship with our customers. Responsible for establishing new dealers to increase sales and grow the product lines. Responsibilities to include installation training, phone campaigns, dealer visits, trouble-shooting problems over the phone and in-person, and coordinating freight shipments to the dealers. Will work in conjunction with the Inside Sales team in the office. Will also train dealers on the use and sales of our products.
Full-time position.
Hours: Hours vary. Significant travel is required for this position.

Experienced Order Entry
Location: McEwen Industries, Inc.- Regional positions available nationwide.
Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls, order processing, handling inquiries concerning products and services, resolving order issues, communicating with manufacturing plants. Maintaining and managing customer accounts.
Full-time position.
Hours: M-F 8:30-5:30. Additional hours in season as needed.
Benefits: Health Insurance and 401-K.
Requirements: Four Year College Degree. At least two years customer service experience. Excellent Communication, Organization and Computer Skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are important.

 
Field Technical Service Representative
Location: McEwen Industries, Inc.- Regional positions available nationwide.
Responsibilities include: Installation training, phone campaigns, dealer visits, trouble-shooting problems over the phone and in-person, and coordinating freight shipments to the dealers. Will work in conjunction with the Inside Sales team in the office. Train dealers on the use and sales of our products.

Requirements: Four Year College Degree. Two years industry construction experience. Excellent Communication, Organization and Computer Skills.

 
Design AutoCAD
Location: McEwen Industries, Inc.- Regional positions available nationwide.
Responsibilities include: Create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations. You will provide the product or structural details incorporating these specifications into drawings and plans that may be used in the manufacture, maintenance or repair of the product or structure. Following customer specifications to create mechanical and fabrication drawings. Working with a technical team to design and problem solve. Answering customer technical questions regarding design. Provide 3D drawings, manuals and spec sheets for the sales department to present to clientele. Provide cut sheets and technical support for the warehouse department to efficiently produce quality product.
Full-time position.
Hours: M-F 8:30-5:30. Additional hours in season as needed.

Requirements: Associate/Technical or Four Year College Degree. Proficient in AutoCAD and ability to confidently design drawings for use in production. Excellent Communication, Organization and Computer Skills.
